1-2-3 Dough for Sugar Cookies!

Ingredients
- 2 cups Butter
- 3 and ½ cups confectioners sugar
- Cream together in a mixing bowl.
- 2 large eggs
- Add 1 at a time to butter and sugar mix
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
- Add to mix
- 5 cups of AP Flour
- Add to mix in the mixing bowl.
- Mix until ball of dough forms.
- Add food coloring for Holiday Appeal
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 325* degrees.
- Use portion scoops to place on cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat down slightly to make a round disk.
- Cool on Speed rack
- Once cool- place on clean sheet pan in rows of 20.
- Make sure the bag or tray is labeled with product name- date- count.
