Banana Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 3 bananas mashed
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven 350 degree.
  • Sift flour, baking powder, salt in separate bowl
  • Cream butter and sugars in mixing bowl with mixer attachment.
  • Add in mash banana and baking soda, milk, vanilla.
  • Add to dry mixture to the rest of the ingredients.
  • Mix well.
  • Pour into grease loaf pan and baked for 1hr.
