Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs beaten
- 3 bananas mashed
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven 350 degree.
- Sift flour, baking powder, salt in separate bowl
- Cream butter and sugars in mixing bowl with mixer attachment.
- Add in mash banana and baking soda, milk, vanilla.
- Add to dry mixture to the rest of the ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Pour into grease loaf pan and baked for 1hr.
