Banana Bread

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs beaten
- 3 bananas mashed
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Pre-heat oven 350 degree.
Sift flour, baking powder, salt in separate bowl
Cream butter and sugars in mixing bowl with mixer attachment.
Add in mash banana and baking soda, milk, vanilla.
Add to dry mixture to the rest of the ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour into grease loaf pan and baked for 1hr.
